Experienced Painters at Your Service

Four kinds of work leave the Spies shop on Highway 151: facility painting, epoxy floor coatings, in-house shop work and media blasting. Whether it's just two offices or 200, the crew preps the surface first and coats it second.

Commercial and Industrial Painting

Plants, stores, schools, churches and offices, inside and out. Block walls, busy hallways and steel in damp corners fail at the edges first, and a repaint that skips the prep peels back to the same problem. The crew paints a small area at a working facility or the entire property, and it will accommodate your schedule.

Coatings come from top-branded makers, Sherwin-Williams and Hallman Lindsay.

Transform Your Property With Floor Coatings

Bare or worn concrete in garages, shops, basements, medical facilities and supermarkets dusts, stains and is hard to clean. Spies specializes in all kinds of epoxy flooring finishes: solid color resinous flooring, decorative quartz, chip and flake floors, multicolor floors and more.

In-House Services

The shop prepares and paints just about anything mobile: structural steel, playground equipment, trailers, machinery, small parts, construction equipment and boat bottoms. Equipment that lives outdoors rusts and chalks, and a brush touch-up never gets behind the rust. No job is too big or too small, and there is pick-up and delivery.

Latest Media Blasting Methods

Paint over old coatings, rust or mill scale fails along with them, so blasting is the first coat of every job. The shop runs vapor blasting, sponge blasting, soda blasting, dry ice blasting, walnut shell and corn cob blasting, glass bead blasting for stainless steel, and power washing. The equipment removes almost any coating and prepares the surface properly, in the shop or on site, and it handles rust removal too.
